We will be running our Resin Workshops at Dr David Harvey Sutton Gallery.
The Regional Arts Development Fund is a partnership between the Queensland Government and Cloncurry Shire Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
What.
RESIN HOMEWARES WORKSHOP - $90pp
Lift your serving game by creating statement homewares to impress your friends with.
Learn the basics of using resin while creating your camphor laurel cheeseboard + 4 coasters in your own choice of colours and designs.
RESIN ART WORKSHOP 40cm round wall art or 40cm lazy susan - $90pp
Our popular Resin Art Workshop is a great starting point for anyone wanting to start using resin from home (or just for the day!). Our team covers everything you need to know from safety, products, techniques, industry tips & tricks and guide you to unleash the inner artist you may not have known existed! Get more technical and learn how to create those effects that are swarming the internet!
This is also a great option if you’ve dabbled with resin and would like a bit more direction or know-how knowledge.
• Unfortunately, our events are not suitable for anyone who is or may be pregnant due to our materials
• 12-15 years and over (if accompanied by a ticketed parent)
• 16 years and over (no accompanying parent required)

What’s the cost?
Our Cloncurry Workshops are as follows:
$90 Resin Homewares - quality camphor laurel cheeseboard, trinket plate + 2 coasters
$90 40cm Wall Art or 40cm Lazy Susan
What to bring?
Just yourself! All premium products, supplies & tools are provided. PPE is included.
What will I receive?
We provide all the premium materials to make your resin creations. Your boards will be pre-prepped and fitted with everything that is needed to use from home. Education from a full-time Resin Artist with at least one additional team member at each workshop to ensure hands-on learning, help and advice.
Please note: Your artwork will need to stay overnight to dry, you will be required to collect (or have someone collect for you) at the venue the next day.
What to wear?
Not your Sunday best! Aprons and gloves are provided but we’re working with resin (which doesn’t wash out) so keep that in mind. Please make sure your hair is tied up.
What can I do next?
If you fall in love with resin, we offer Take Home Packs for you to continue your creations at home. Additional products will be available for sale on the day and post event via order form.

By attending any RRW Art Resin Workshop you agree that the information received verbally or in written format will not be reproduced, distributed or replicated in a workshop environment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are no longer able to join us, you are able to:
Transfer to someone of your nomination (collection of their fees is your responsibility)
Please note: no refunds will be issued, due to supplier cost.
